Initial ConsultationAn in-depth, tailored to you review of where you are now, your hopes for the future and brain theory to learn how your brain works. This takes 50 - 60 minutes on the phone or Zoom.

Hypnosis Hypnosis or trance describes everyday, natural times when we experience a shift in our conscious awareness. Everyone is capable of learning to relax more and letting go.

MP3 Relaxation Track For you to use in between your sessions, to help you relax and reinforce the benefits of hypnotherapy. Using the track before bed aids improving sleep routines and sleep hygiene.

"I had been suffering from the start of menopause, depression and anxiety for the best part of
7 years, due to family events which had happened in my life.
Anna was so approachable from the onset and made me feel so at ease.
We never talked about the circumstances that had led me to my mental state and after
the first session I felt that there was no need to as she focused on going forward and the positive things.
At our sessions it was not like expressing my feelings and how I had been in between sessions,
to a therapist but a friend. The recordings that Anna gave me really helped me to relax at night
and after 4 sessions I was no longer waking up with a sore neck or aching jaws with grinding my teeth.
My positivity and attitude towards going forward increased and I started looking at different
ways to make changes to my daily routine, by making lists and ticking off what I had achieved as
well as at the end of the day writing down what had been good about the day.
There are still days when I am not a 100%, but with Anna's help I realized that it is ok to have
them days and not dwell on them which is what I would do in the past making them spill over
onto the next days.
